Saile is looking for Marketing Officer role that develops, implements, and manages marketing campaigns. Marketing officer is responsible for increasing the company’s product and service awareness among the target audience.

This role involves conducting market research to identify growth opportunities and align marketing strategies with company goals. An ideal candidate will work collaboratively with sales personnel, public relations staff, and product design teams and manage the marketing staff, including copywriters and graphic designers.

They will also be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, preparing reports on their performance, and optimizing campaigns as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans to increase the visibility of products or services by creating campaigns, developing copy and graphics, and managing budgets.
• Monitor customer trends and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure the company’s marketing strategies align with its goals and objectives.
• Manage marketing staff including copywriters and graphic designers.
• Monitor the performance of campaigns, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns as necessary.
• Coordinate with external vendors when necessary to maintain good relationships.
• Stay up to date on the latest marketing techniques and technology.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Creative skills to create compelling graphics, videos, and other visual content.
• Immaculate organizational skills to handle multiple projects and tasks at once.
• Good knowledge of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and Adwords.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and lead a team.
• Good understanding of budgeting and finance.
