Personal Drive
Creating a personal drive
- Click the Create Personal Folder button to begin creating the personal drive.

2. Enter the Personal Folder Name (1) and Folder Description (2) for the personal drive, and click the Create (3) button to create the personal drive or click the Exit (4) button to close the window.

Creating Personal Folder
- Click the Create Folder button to add a new folder.

2. Enter the Personal Folder Name (1) and Folder Description (2) of the personal folder, and click Create (3) button to create the folder or Exit (4) to close the window.

Creating Custom Forms
- Click the Custom Form button.

2. Select the Document Type

3. Fill in the necessary details: enter the Document Title (1), Department (2), and Add an Attachment (3). Then, click Create (4) to create the custom form or Exit (5) to close the window.

File Management Options
- Click the Edit Option to modify the title of the file.

2. Click the Information Option to view the details of the file.

3. Click the Configure Option to generate a public link.

4. Click the Delete Option to remove the file.
