Presales Engineer

As Presales Engineer you will be the technical partner of the sales team. You will understand customer requirements, recommend suitable products and services, analyse existing processes and help design solutions.

What you will do

• Run discovery sessions and map customer workflows.
• Deliver product demos and proofs of concept.
• Prepare technical proposals and answer RFP requirements.
• Qualify leads and hand over to implementation.

What we are looking for

• A background in IT, software or systems analysis.
• Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with BPM, DMS or enterprise software is a plus.
